1. Install high Q oscillation value generator in the machine which is stable and reliable in output.

2. pusher-tray structure with two working positions work alternatively for high production

3. pneumatic pressing system, max pressure can up to 18T

4. Heated electrode welding horn holding plate for good plastic welding result

5. HF generator at a stabilized frequency of 27.12MHz. + -0.6%.

6. With NL-5557 anti-spark device, for protecting machine and welding mould from over current

7. Feeding voltage 1/3phases,220V/380V, 50/60Hz + ground or customized

8. Production speed: 3000~4000 cycles per days( 8 working hours as usual).

9. Electric resistances and temperature control by a thermo regulator.

Q:How long we will get the machine?
A:We and our clients usually choose the delivery by sea, so once you place the order, we will arrange the delivery within 30 days, and about 7-35days(depend the destination port) you will get the machine.
